Undo Junk-Food Damage

Regular exercise, even 20-30 minutes, will counteract much of the cell damage fast-food consumption causes and protect you from age-related illnesses like diabetes and heart problems, according to the Mayo Clinic :) (This isn't a recommendation to eat junk food, but good news when we occasionally indulge!)
